Welcome to DKEXECUTIVE. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our luxury chauffeur services. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

To ensure the availability of our premium fleet, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

• Reservation: A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official email confirmation or voucher from our team.
• Accuracy: It is the client's responsibility to ensure all itinerary details (flight numbers, pickup times, and locations) are accurate at the time of booking.

We understand that travel plans can change. However, due to the exclusive nature of our service and vehicle allocation, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any pre-paid amounts.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value may apply.
• No-Shows: If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, 100% of the fare will be charged.

Our chauffeurs pride themselves on punctuality. To accommodate unforeseen travel delays, we offer complimentary waiting periods:

• Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight actually lands (we monitor flight schedules in real-time).
• Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at hotels or private residences.

After the complimentary period expires, additional waiting time may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

To maintain the pristine condition of our vehicles and the safety of our chauffeurs, the following rules apply:

• No Smoking: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
• Respect: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive behavior towards our staff. We reserve the right to terminate a ride immediately if safety is compromised.
• Damage: The client is responsible for any extraordinary cleaning fees or repair costs caused by passenger negligence during the transfer.

While DKEXECUTIVE strives to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, unexpected traffic congestion, road closures, or force majeure events.
